Can I return my CamCrusher?
Yes — if you purchased directly from CamCrusher.com, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your CamCrusher device and cancel your subscription for a refund.
If you purchased through Amazon or an authorized retailer, please follow their return process directly.
How do I start a return?
To begin a return, email our support team at support@camcrusher.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with your Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
⚠️ Please note: returns sent without an RA number may experience delays.
How do I prepare my return?

Include your CamCrusher device, charging cable, and the original packaging.

Make sure the device is clean and secure to prevent damage in transit.

Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the box.

Use any sturdy box — just make sure it protects the device during shipping.

Ship your return to the address provided by our support team.
**Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
How do refunds work?
Once your device is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We’ll send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
If your device is scratched or damaged, a $15 refurbishment fee may be deducted from your refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What about my subscription?
When returning your CamCrusher, please note that you’ll also need to cancel your subscription.
You can request this at the same time in your return email.
Once your return is processed, your subscription will be canceled and your renewal charge refunded (if applicable).
After the 30-day window, subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period and are non-refundable.
How long does the process take?
Typical timeline:
1–2 business days – Receive RA number after contacting support
3–7 business days – Transit time for your return package
5–10 business days – Refund issued after inspection
Overall, most refunds are completed within 10–14 business days from when you ship the device.
What if my device is defective?
No worries — all CamCrusher devices include a Lifetime Warranty as long as your subscription is active.
If your device isn’t working properly, contact support@camcrusher.com and select Warranty Replacement.
We’ll send you a replacement device (new or refurbished) free of charge, usually within 3–5 business days.
What if I bought from Amazon or a retail store?
If you purchased CamCrusher from Amazon, please start your return through your Amazon account under “Your Orders.”
If you purchased from a retail location, returns must be handled directly with that retailer following their return policy.
