CamCrusher Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of CamCrusher devices, accessories, and subscriptions (“Products”) made directly from CamCrusher LLC (“CamCrusher,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you purchase on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Orders and Acceptance

Each order you place is an offer to buy our products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion, including if:

  • There is an error in pricing, product information, or availability;

  • We suspect fraud or misuse;

  • The order appears to be placed for resale or bulk distribution.

An order is not accepted until we send you a shipping confirmation email.

3. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Prices and availability may change without notice.
We do not offer price matching, price protection, or retroactive discounts after your purchase.

4. Payment

By submitting an order, you authorize CamCrusher (or its payment processor, such as Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount, including taxes and fees.
If your payment method cannot be verified or is declined, we may cancel your order. You are responsible for resolving any payment issues directly with your payment provider.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility or authorized fulfillment center, title and risk of loss pass to you. CamCrusher is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your CamCrusher device and cancel your subscription for a refund.

  • Devices must be undamaged and include all original parts.

  • Used devices are accepted but may incur a $15 repair fee if scratched or damaged.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the device.

To begin a return, contact our support team at support@camcrusher.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA may experience delays.

After 30 days, subscription fees are non-refundable but remain active through the billing period.

7. Warranty and Replacements

Every CamCrusher device includes a Lifetime Warranty as long as your subscription remains active.
If your device becomes defective under normal use, we’ll replace it with a new or refurbished unit at no cost to you. Replacement devices usually ship within 3–5 business days.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

8. Promotional Codes

Promotional codes or discounts (“Promo Codes”) may only be used once per customer and must be applied at checkout. Promo Codes cannot be sold, duplicated, transferred, or combined with other offers. CamCrusher reserves the right to disable or cancel any order using an invalid or expired code.

9. Resale Restriction

Products purchased directly from CamCrusher are intended for personal use only and are not authorized for resale or bulk distribution. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be for resale.

10. Export Controls

CamCrusher products may not be exported, resold, or transferred to countries or users prohibited under U.S. export laws. By purchasing, you confirm that your order complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in our Lifetime Warranty, all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” CamCrusher disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CamCrusher and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising from your purchase or use of our products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim.

Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure to perform or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, or transportation delays.

14. Electronic Communications

By placing an order, you agree to receive order confirmations, receipts, and customer service communications by email. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

15. Data Protection

We collect and process your order information to fulfill your purchase and provide customer support. For details on how we handle and protect your data, please review our Privacy Policy at camcrusher.com/privacy-policy.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.

17. Severability and Non-Waiver

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our rights under these Terms.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order will apply to that purchase. Updated Terms will be posted at camcrusher.com/refund_returns.
